Panna Cotta
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons gelatin powder
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
A pinch of saffron
2 drops red food coloring

Method
Boil milk and sugar
Add gelatin powder(mixed with a quarter cup of water), cardamom and saffron And allow to boil
Pour half of the mixture into a dish and add red food colour
Tilt a small bowl and add pink mixture
Allow to set before adding remaining mixture
Set completely before turning Panna Cotta over into a dish

Raspberry coulis
5 raspberries
2 tablespoons sugar
A drop of lemon juice

Method
Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat
Remove from heat once mixture starts boiling
Strain the coulis and set it aside

Berry sorbet
6 Strawberries
10 Raspberries
12 Ice cubes
1 tablespoon honey

Method
Add ingredient to a blender and blend until creamy
