Ingredients:
3 apples
All butter puff pastry
Berries(for jam)
30g sugar

Instructions:
1. Wash the apples, remove the core with a spoon.
2. Cut the apples in half.
3. Cut the apples into thin slices.
4. Place the apple slices into warm water with lemon and sugar.
5. Cook apple slices until softened
6. Sprinkle some flour onto a cutting board and cut the puff pastry into slices.
7. Smear jam, chocolate sauce, or any sauce you’d like.
8. Place the apple slices on the edge of the strips, overlapping each other.
9. Fold up the bottom 1/3 of the puff pastry.
10. Rose flower will appear once you roll the puff pastry.
11. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
12. Spray oil or butter on a muffin pan, then place the apple roses into the cups.
13. Cover the apple roses with tin foil.
14. Bake for 20-25 mins.
15. Sprinkle with sugar if wanted.
