Strawberry stack

Strawberry multi-layer cake:
Layers:-
1. Jelly with strawberry slices at bottom
- [ ] Boxed jelly and sliced strawberries
- Follow instructions on box for jelly and stir in 10 sliced strawberries
- let mixture cool down slightly and pour ontop of Bavarian Cream layer
1. Strawberry mouse
- [ ] 390 ml whipping cream
- [ ] 400g of strawberries
- [ ] 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- [ ] 4 teaspoons gelatin
- [ ] 2 tablespoons water
- whip cream until thickened as much as possible and refrigerate
- put strawberry into food processor and blend until puréed
- gently mix the purée and cream together
- then mix in ur icing sugar
- in a separate bowl combine ur gelatin and water and mix until there are no more granules
- whisk gelatin mixture in cream and refrigerate for 1hr
- this will be ur last layer / layer on top
1. Crumbed Marie biscuit layer
- [ ] 250 g Marie biscuit
- [ ] 100 g butter
- put biscuits into a food processor and blend until fine
- melt ur butter and slowly add small amounts into food processor with biscuits
- once fully mixed create a biscuit base with 3/4 of biscuit crumble and refrigerate
1. Bavarian cream
- [ ] 2 egg yolks
- [ ] 30g sugar
- [ ] 80g milk
- [ ] 1 teaspoon vanilla
- whisk egg yolks , vanilla and milk until light and foamy
- pour into a small saucepan and bring to a boil and add sugar
- pour onto biscuit base and refrigerate for 1hr
