Raspberry chocolate Brownie
250g melted butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp salt (I used himalayan pink salt)
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup flour
1/2 cocoa powder
1 slab Lindt raspberry excellence dark chocolate cut into small pieces
You can also add 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries if you like.

Method
In a medium sized bowl melt butter and add both sugars and eggs and mix well. Then add salt and vanilla and mix again. Sift flour and cocoa and combine well then add in chocolate (and you fresh raspberries if you choose to) and mix until all the pieces are mixed in to batter. Pour into greased baking tray and bake at 180 degree Cesius for 30 mins. Make sure to preheat the oven!

Raspberry ice-cream
2 cups fresh raspberries
1 tin condensed milk
1 cup fresh cream beaten till stiff.

Method
Place raspberries in a bowl and mash them well. Pour in condensed milk and combine finally fold in beaten fresh cream. pour into dish and freeze over night.
