Mango Passion Fridge Tart

1 packet tennis biscuits
3 Tbls melted butter
1 tin condensed milk
100ml tin grenadilla
2 packets mango jelly

1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into rectangular dish.
2. Mix one packet jelly in a cup of hot water and allow to cool.
3. Mix together well: condensed milk, grenadilla and cooled jelly.
4. Pour onto biscuit base and set in fridge for 1 hour.
5. Mix second jelly as per box instructions. Allow to cool and pour slowly over set pudding.
6. Return to fridge until set. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
